Miss Patsy J. Platt, 6151 E. Mockingbird, and Richard H. Bramblett of Forney are planning a Dec. 9 wedding in Perkins Chapel of SMU.

Announcement of the engagement has been made by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.E. Platt of Magnolia, Ark. The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Mrs. Nora Bramblett of Forney.

The bride-elect is a graduate of North Texas State University, where she was a member of Chi Omega. She is a member of Cimarron. Her fiance has attended Texas Military College and the University of Houston. His fraternity is Sigma Alpha Epsilon.
