Mr. and Mrs. William George Hantske of Spartanburg, S.C. have announced the engagement of their daughter, Miss Ethel Celine Hantske, above, to Howell Northcutt Forman Jr. of Waynesboro, Va., and Forney. The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Mrs. Howell N. Forman of Forney and the late Mr. Forman. The wedding will take place Aug. 27 in the Central Methodist Church, Spartanburg.
